How does the 3-day trial work?
Start your subscription and the first 3 days are free — the full app, nothing held back. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
Will it work with my store?
If your store runs WooCommerce over HTTPS, yes. Pulse reads your store data through the Gorilla Pulse WordPress plugin — the plugin must be installed and licensed on your store before the app can connect. It never touches your theme, storefront, or checkout.
Where does my store data live?
On your store, where it already lives. The app requests data directly from your site when you open it. AI questions pass through our secure proxy solely to generate an answer.
How accurate are the AI answers?
The AI reports your store's numbers exactly as they appear in your data and stays inside the scope of your store. If it doesn't have the data to answer, it says so.
Do I need my own AI account or API key?
No. The AI is included — powered by Claude and routed through our servers. One subscription, no separate AI bill.
Is there an Android version?
Pulse is iPhone-first. Android is on the radar — tell us via support and you'll move it up the list.
Can I use it on more than one device?
Yes — pair as many of your own devices as you like using the same QR flow from your store admin.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription runs to the end of the billing period, then the app stops syncing. Your store's data is untouched — it all lives on your site, not ours. Manage or cancel anytime from your account.

Pulse pairs with your WooCommerce store wherever it runs. Just one heads-up: the app and support are currently offered in English only. We're based in Murphys, California, and support replies come in English.
